Nutrition and diet are often overlooked, but are necessary components in the process of healing and combating every disease. A balanced, healthy, and good diet is strongly associated with the rate of recovery. In the diagnosis of all diseases, it is important to assess the levels of so-called “food” in the body and determine what needs to be supplemented or removed.

It is also crucial that you have an understanding of what you choose to put into your body, whether it is a drug or a food item. Research and understand what is present inside each item and the consequences it brings for you.

Everybody’s body is unique and different to everybody else’s. Just because your parents, siblings, or twin can consume something without side effects, it doesn’t mean that you can too, or if you get food poisoning from something you ate, you should never say “but they ate it too and they are fine.” It is imperative that you get checked because what goes on in your body is unique to YOU.

Taking care of your oral health and diet may bring upon a new discovery and revelation that you never knew you needed!
